Hi, the bulk data product for officers is only for live companies.

Hello,

We’re interested in a bulk export for filing documents. We looked at using the Companies House API but for large volumes of companies this is difficult and doesn’t make sense.

SIC codes are assigned to companies rather than officers.
the basic free product Companies House
contains SIC codes if that is what you are looking for.
