We are unable to access the Companies house information, to find information on a service, the URL Find and update company information - GOV.UK (company-information.service.gov.uk) “https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/” for all of our users who access from a ring fenced set of IPs. This is really impacting our business, we are getting a 403 Forbidden message for all of our users, can you please advise what needs to be done to allow the service from the above IP addresses for our company KPMG LLP, it looks as though you are blocking it as a supposed DDOS however this is legitimate and business use.
We’re also experiencing this issue. It seems like they might need to whitelist our IP addresses.
I raised an enquiry case but they told me to post here? I’m not certain if anyone from that team will review this though?
